Prices are per person per day and include: bed, kitchen and bathroom linen, WiFi, electricity, water, final cleaning, weekly linen change and parking space. The price does not include the tourist tax of € 2,30 per day per person aged 14 and over. It is calculated separately.
Supplements and discounts
- Extra beds: depending on the period a supplement of 25 to 45 euros will be charged.
- Pets: on request, small pets are accepted with a supplement of 30 euros for final cleaning.
- Children: up to 2 years -70%
Deposit
The reservation is binding only after the payment of the deposit of one third of the total price (deposit reservation) and the written confirmation of the reservation.

General cancellation conditions
In case of cancellation, the deposit already paid will be retained.
If you cancel within 60-30 days before arrival, 50% of the total price will be charged, within 30-7 days before arrival 70% of the total price, in the last 7 days before arrival the 90% will be charged. In case of late arrival, no arrival or early departure, 100% of the total price will be charged.
Covid-19 emergency cancellation policy
The applicable cancellation conditions are not considered in the event of restrictions or in the event of border closure and the deposit will be returned. Please inform us in time if you can no longer travel due to covid-19 restrictions.
In any case, we recommend you to take out travel cancellation insurance.
